Welcome to Rachelle Hair Braiding. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Deposit Policy
All appointments require a deposit to confirm the booking.
Deposits are fully refundable and may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
2. Refund Policy
Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Any concerns should be communicated during the appointment so adjustments can be made immediately.
3. Late-Night Service Fee
Appointments scheduled between 8:00 PM and 3:00 AM are subject to an additional $30 fee.
4. Payment Processing Fee
A 2.9% processing fee is applied to all card payments. This fee is non-refundable.
5. Privacy Policy

6. Use of Website

Any allergic reactions to products used during your service.
Results that differ due to personal hair type, texture, or aftercare.
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your visit.
