Service Usage & Refund Policy
At Rachelle Hair Braiding, we value your time and our commitment to delivering exceptional service. To ensure a smooth booking and service experience, please review our policy below:
Deposits & Rescheduling
- All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking.
- Deposits are fully refundableand may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hoursof your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Refunds After Service
- Once a service has been completed, no refundswill be issued under any circumstances. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns during the appointment so adjustments can be made.
Late-Night Service Fee
- Appointments scheduled between 8:00 PM and 3:00 AMare subject to an additional $30 late-night service fee.
Card Payment Processing Fee
- A 9% processing feeapplies to all card transactions. This fee is non-refundable.
